The Partners
Arthur H. Evans is a 1974 graduate of DePaul University School of Law. After graduating from law school, he practiced with two Chicago law firms and in 1978, he founded this present firm. Mr. Evans is also a certified public accountant, and has substantial experience in corporate, tax, real estate and estate planning matters. Mr. Evans serves as corporate counsel to a number of closely-held businesses, and also serves as a director of various corporations. Daniel M. Loewenstein graduated from the Washington University of St. Louis in 1976 with honors, and from the Washington University School of Law in 1980. While in law school, he was a member of the Urban Law Annual Law Review and an intern with the U.S. Senate Labor and Human Resources Committee. Before joining the firm, he was a sole practitioner concentrating in real estate, business and corporate matters. Mr. Loewenstein has primarily practiced in the areas of real estate, corporate transactions and civil litigation. His experience includes complex real estate exchanges and business sales and purchases. Mr. Loewenstein is a member of the Chicago, Illinois, and American Bar Associations.
David L. Shimanovsky graduated from Illinois State University in 1985, and from The John Marshall Law School in 1988. While in law school, he worked at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office as a Section 711 intern trying criminal cases. Before joining this firm, he was associated with the law firm of Teller, Levit and Silvertrust, P.C. in Chicago where his concentration was in Civil Litigation. Mr. Shimanovsky’s experience encompasses a wide range of matters including tort litigation, family law, real estate, corporate law and commercial litigation, employment law, probate law, and appellate practice. Mr. Shimanovsky is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State bar Association, the Federal Trial Bar, American Prepaid Institute, and is a graduate of the Fred Lane Trial Technique Course.
Frank A. Moscardini, Jr. graduated from DePaul University in 1985 with high honors, and from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1988. While in law school, Mr. Moscardini was a member of the Law Quarterly on Public Issues, and worked at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office as a Section 711 intern trying civil cases. Before joining this firm, he was a senior associate with Donald A. Shapiro, Ltd. where his concentration was in civil litigation and real estate. Mr. Moscardini’s experience includes a wide range of matters, including complex personal injury, business, tax, probate, contract and real estate. Mr. Moscardini is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and the Federal Trial Bar.
